our story

The result of three friends’ travels across the world, leading them on an epic adventure in Egypt in 2021. It was in the shadows of the Pyramids of Giza that the trio first tried Egypt’s national dish, Koshari. Intrigued by its unique blend of ingredients and taken aback by the flavours and textures, the friends, who had already been on the lookout for a business venture together, decided to recreate the dish back in the UK. And so, Three Gizas was born.
